Short version. No accounts, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking scripts. The only thing kept on your device is your light or negative mode choice, and it never leaves your browser.
Who is responsible
This site is a personal photography project. For any question about your data, write to tania [at] lensthanzero [dot] com.
What the site stores on your device
- Display preference: when you switch between light and negative (dark) mode, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key
ltz-theme. It stays on your device, it is never sent to any server, and clearing your browser data removes it. - No advertising or analytics cookies are set by this site.
What the hosting provider records
Like any web server, the hosting provider keeps technical logs of requests: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. These logs exist for security and to keep the site running, and they are handled by BanaHosting under its own terms. They are not used to profile anyone.
External services
- OpenStreetMap: coordinates on this site are plain links. Nothing loads from OpenStreetMap until you tap one, and from that point their privacy policy applies.
- No embedded social widgets, comment systems or video players run on these pages.
Photographs and people
People who appear recognisably and by chance in a photograph are blurred or the frame is not published. If you appear in an image and want it removed, write to the address above and it comes down, no questions asked.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to its processing. Write to tania [at] lensthanzero [dot] com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, which in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If this page changes, the new version replaces this one and the date below updates. Like every photo here, it starts as a negative and gets revised.
